Turner Falls is one hour and fifteen minutes from Lewisville to Davis, Oklahoma. If you are arriving on Sat. morning, please remember there will probably be a very long line to get in so allow an extra 30 to 45 minutes plus the drive time from your house to Lewisville/Denton. You may also want to include time for a potty break just across the red river at the Tourist & Information Center if you want to pick up free maps and time to stop at a Walmart.  Since this is high season I am going to direct you a slightly different way so that you are able to get in line at the entrance without having to u-turn on a dangerous curve.

From I-35E in Lewisville head north. You will pass through Corinth & Gainsville before hitting the Red River. Both cities have a Walmart. The Corinth Walmart is at Swisher on the west side of the highway. 

Continue straight on I-35 heading north until you see the signs for Turner Falls. DO NOT EXIT here because you will be facing the wrong way to get in line. Continue toward Davis, a couple miles further, and exit when you see the "Fried Pies" restaurant sign. Go left over I-35 heading south on 77. This will put you directly in line as you approach Turner Falls Park on your right. The distance between the highway and Turner Falls at this point is about 1/2 a mile.
